Real "Book" Real Sharing

 Real "Book" Real Sharing

We're always hearing the young generation talking about their mental issues, but what about our elderly. Research shows about 20% of people aged 65 years or older would experience some type of mental health problems, including anxiety, severe cognitive impairment, and mood disorders. This time Azure Beach Public Library is holding a human library event for Mental Health Month where we will borrow our "senior books" to listen to their true stories and how they overcame those tough life stages also what assistance they received from others.
