Join us for Upcycling Creativity, a vibrant youth workshop where everyday discarded items are transformed into meaningful, artistic, or useful creations. Participants will explore how to turn textiles, jars, paper, plastics, and other recyclable materials into bags, dΓ©cor, stationery, or artwork.

This workshop encourages creativity while raising awareness about sustainable living and reducing environmental waste. All materials are provided, and participants are welcome to bring recyclable items from home.

🧠 Why Upcycling?

Upcycling allows young people to express themselves creatively while learning practical sustainability skills. It reduces waste, saves resources, and gives old items a new life. Want to learn more about upcycling and the circular economy?

 πŸ‘§ International Youth Day 2025 πŸ‘¦
πŸ–‹πŸ”₯To Write Our WrongsπŸ”₯πŸ–‹

Stand at attention, ye fresh hot-blooded youths!

Upon the promised day of the international youth is an inspired event that seeks to provide a space for one’s own story-telling. Should we be granted an audience in the form of your presence, the potential boons of the following will belong to thee:

- A space to unwind and connect with yourself through writing
- Support of special Facilitators from the UN Youth Australia to inspire your career’s compass
- A group of youthful lads and lasses to share your journeys with, at your will
- Notebooks, pens and pencils of varied colours will be bestowed upon all who enter
- A trial! Whomst ever is deemed the best poet, author, chronologuer, will be granted a supreme prize of 1 box of Exploding Kittens!

Upon these turbulent times, our hearts and minds, unprotected, may become eroded by the colourless world, and so we in turn become colourless ourselves; without personality. T’would be an awful thing to happen to anyone, much less the youth of this world… So, we offer you this: a safe space for you to express yourself, to bring back that vibrancy you hold dear. Through the assistance of our dear UN Youth Facilitators, we hope that you will find yourselves amidst their guidance, and for you to repair your shield and improve your mental health, if it needs to be.

So that all of ye may suffer not the loss of your own colours, and march forward as if renewed, towards a brighter future for yourselves and the world! And all it would take to approach that reality would be to join us, right those wrongs, and write your rights!

This could be your workstation, in your mind's eye!
