Youth mental health affects 40% of young Australians aged 16 to 24. It's time to shine a light on youth mental health.

What is a Human Library?
The human library is a way to challenge stereotypes and prejudices by having conversations with real people. You can borrow a "human book" for 15 minutes and listen to their personal story.
Our human books are volunteers who have experienced different aspects of youth mental health. The titles of the "Human Books" are:
Matthew D. Bullied: How I survived and thrived |
Debbie L. Depression: My journey to recovery |
Cain D. Alcohol Addiction: Breaking the cycle |
Greg B. Young and Homeless: Finding hope and support |
Kevin R. Refugee: Living in a foreign world |
