We are not all on the same page, everyone is going at their own pace to deal with whatever it is that they are living with OR through. Mental Health has had a hard time with COVID-19 with a large jump in the numbers of people suffering, but it has always been around effecting peoples lives. It is now the time to talk about it like never before as it is as important now more than ever. 

This event is all about having the opportunity to speak one on one with some very interesting folks with some real life experience in handling mental health issues and want to let you ask the question's that you want to ask! Come down and ask away.

Snacks, soft drinks, tea and coffee will be available.
