In Australia 

In 2022, Australia’s average full time pay gap is 14.1%.

 It means that women earn on average $263.9 per week less than man.

On professional, scientific and technical services industry, the pay gap is 25.3%.

1 in 2 mothers reported experiencing workplace discrimination as a result of their pregnancy or parental leave.

1 in 5 women have experienced sexual violence since the age of 15.

 

In the other part of the world

Iranian women are fighting for their basic freedoms and demanding an end to the mandatory headscarf.
