Azure Beach is a home of many refugee community from many decades which is increased 7.5% in last 6 years. These communities feel isolated in the community and not able to express themselves due to many reasons. So we are welcoming these communities through this event to join us and feel connected with each other and the community.
Human library is a community based organisation who does not judged anyone and challenged stereotypes and promote an acceptance of others. In these events people rather than reading physical book, borrow human books and share their experiences and knowledge with them.
In our human library event borrower will be able to borrow 5 human books for 20 minutes, have conversation with them and can share their stories, feelings and experiences.
