About this event
Azure Beach Library will be holding an event aimed at sharing the stories and cultural beliefs of the indigenous peoples of our land to the local community, this event is a human library where people can borrow other people who will then tell their cultures stories to the patron who borrowed them.
What's a human library
A human library is a name for a program where people borrow other people instead of books, and instead of reading books for a story, the people (books) instead tell you either a story from their life or a story about their people or culture

This event will be held during Naidoc week and be held for once a week during the month of July on a Tuesday on the
5th of July
12th of July
19th of July
26th of July
between 9:00 and 12:00 for the month of July
This event will be held in the library café' in the booths reserved for this event
This event can be booked in either in person at the front desk or by emailing the library with your name and contact information and session that you would like to join (the session days for this event will be posted in the library board and on the Facebook page of the library), bookings for this event are free but numbers are limited to 20
